This resort has numerous entertainment areas. Troung whom is a manager at the resort, this lady is very welcoming and polite. No matter what question or matter, she will resolve it fast and smoothly and will leave you with a smile on your face. Down at the pool bar a Gentleman named Binh who is an excellent bartender! But the staffs at the villas complex really made our stay such a memorable one. The reception staffs the buggy drivers are all very friendly and yet still offering so professional service and assistance. The villa might need a little bit of renovation touch here and there but overall the stay is comfortable. The buffet at the hotel was good, just too crowded though. We hope the Tropicana restaurant will open soon for villas complex guests exclusively. It was One of the Worst experience in my life staying at this hotel. I can start by saying when we checked in to the room it smelled moist and awful. I told the staff serveral times to change room and after 2 hours quarrel we finally got to change room. The breakfast Was ok but not more. Flies at the sallad and it felt that the food had Being There for some time. Not much to pick from the Beach restaurant but luckely there were some restaurants nearby. The Main restaurant at the hotel was completely emty. When we checken out from the room i forgot my handbagage. When running back to the room i saw all my belonings in my handluggage was on the bed and the contents of the bag was searched through. Awful experience. Overall not. 5 stat more a Old 3 star hotel. We booked a 3 bedroom executive suite but were upgraded to a grand 3 bedroom suite. It was beautiful, so much room for the kids to run around. And the view was spectacular! The amazing view of the pools and ocean made it extra special. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and always happy to help. Breakfast was plentiful and a great mix of Vietnamese & international cuisine. There’s a small night market and a strip of restaurants & shops within walking distance. There’s a mini mart right in front of the resort which is very convenient for snacks & beer! We even did a karaoke session at the roof top bar which was so much fun. The resort overall was prefect, highly recommended if you want to relax away from town. Also had a hr massage and shampoo & dry at the spa. It was also perfect, please just book yourself in, you won’t regret it. And boy were we wrong. It all started at the airport, we arranged transport with the hotels shuttle as we thought it would be simpler. However the HOTELS transport, took us to the WRONG hotel. To which they called the driver back and he took us to the Best Western Premier hotel where we were booked. They allowed an early check in which was amazing. The afternoon came and we went to the OASIS restaurant that is part of the hotel. The service was HORRENDOUS, to the point where there was still HALF A PIZZA on my plate and my partners plate, we were still eating and they bought the bill for us to pay and leave. Confused we paid and ate another slice each of pizza before we decided that we would ask for a take away and go to the room to finish the meal as clearly the staff is really not that friendly. To which we were told, “No take away at this time”. So we just stood up and left the remainder of the pizza. We then ordered room service that night of a cuppachino, to which the room service FORGOT about it, 40min later and a second phone call, the dear cappachino finally arrived. It was good however. The 2nd day we decided to give it another crack at the restaurants food and room service as we were out the whole day and really slumped, so we pick up the phone in all anticipation of a lovely burger meal, to which the person who answered is NOT present AT ALL. So I go down the front desk as maybe there was a problem with the line, to which the one male staff in the front ignores me and sends the female down. We then confirm the order, they circle it and write my room number down, and I think FINALLY something, just SOMETHING will go right here. But again we were wrong. After going down, having them circle it, I get a phone call to the room where they want to confirm the order, TO WHICH IT WAS NOT EVEN MY ORDER. Please guys, this is as honest of a review as you will get. AVOID at all cost. This is not a premier experience or even an experience at all. This all got overshadowed by maintenance issues I faced on my Day 1 at property, In the night at 2 am I was trying to get room change as ac's were not working but front desk executive was not even able to understand English, after calling manager on duty I got a different room by wasting almost 1 hour at 2 am with family & kids. From the implacable service, the rooftop bar, the seaview room, down to the pool and the variety of bars Pros Shuttle bus every 1 hour Sea view room Good breakfast Panoramic Cview rooftop bar Excellent service and advice from staff Cons Only one main restaurant, you may have to go outside if you feel like to change your tast but don't worry, there's a champion at reception, one of the best hotelier we ever met. Takes us quite a long time to get daily water refilled when requested Some annoying guys at the beach tried to offer private transport service no matter how many times we refuse, not the hotel employees but still uncomfortable tho.
